We had a great experience with Ramon and team. He came over initially to connect and see the house. He was upfront about his team’s rate and gave an estimate range based on how many hours it could take. He then scheduled a cleaning the day we did the walkthrough within two weeks which was quick considering it could be a full day job. He confirmed the day before via text. It was a big job so we made sure to document for him what we wanted and added things we didn’t talk through at walkthrough. They were completely flexible. He provided photos of progress as he went which was nice to see all the areas they were covering since we were not home. Finally, the final job was fantastic. Exceed expectations and was very thorough. There was an item that had accidental damage and was very minor. He paid for the product fully and gave us a discount which was very generous. Ramon will do everything he can to create a great experience for the customer. He reached out after and requested any and all feedback so they could either come back or improve. If you don’t love Ramon’s teams work then it will be hard to find a cleaning service.
